2. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree that all the details you provide are accurate.
Payments must be made through our accepted methods (credit card, debit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers).
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will not be possible.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and material on this website are owned by Al Zircon and are protected by copyright laws.
4. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan.

Al Zircon reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website will imply your acceptance of the changes.
Return & refund policy
Return and Refund Policy for Al Zircon
At Al Zircon, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return products within 2 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customized jewelry items cannot be returned for any reasons.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, through your original method of payment.
In case of advance payment for customized items, if the payment gets stuck due to system issues, we will conduct an investigation. If it is confirmed that the payment is indeed stuck, you will receive your payment back within 7 business days.
3. Return Process
After your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 2 days.
4. Shipping For Return
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned items unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, and customized products are non-returnable.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for Al Zircon
At Al Zircon, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely.
1. Shipping Costs
Domestic shipping across Pakistan is free for orders above PKR 10,000.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 for Karachi and PKR 300 for out-of-city deliveries will apply. Additional charges of PKR 100 will apply for each kilogram over the weight limit.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Domestic deliveries take 3-5 business days via TCS, Leopard courier or another courier service.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
4.Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural events, holidays) may occur. We will notify you in such cases.
7. Damaged Goods During Shipping
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
